Keynote speaker:
The keynote speaker at this conference will be Stuart Tustian, a consultant from the UK who specialises in the economics and profitability of apple growing and marketing. Mr. Tustian has won the UK apple grower of the year award, and has also developed an award-winning software program called “Making Apples Pay”. Mr. Tustian will speak on the benchmarking of costs, and just how much it really costs to grow an apple and get it to market.
