 As well as making juice from our own apples we offer a contract service for others who may wish to have apple juice made for them. A typical minimum quantity that we can press would be about
600 litres, for which we would need about 1000kg of apples. This juice can be given to you unpasteurised if you wish to make cider, or
pasteurised in bottles of whatever size you would like.
We are registered with Organic Trust (an Irish organic certification body) for making organic apple juice, so if you find that you have more apples in your garden than you would like, we can easily press some for you.
