Premium Apple Juice

With Karmine premium apple juice, we set out to offer a really special pure apple juice for our customers in the USA. To be considered a premium juice, we have to select only the very best apples. So in October each year, just before we begin the main harvest, we set out to scout the trees and bring back the very best apples. We pick about 4 bins of the best Karmijn de Sonnaville apples on the farm, and about 2 bins really good Bramley's Seedling fruits. These we then put aside for our premium juice. When it comes to making the juice, nothing is left to chance, with all involved in making the juice fretting over every detail, and trying many proportions of Karmijn and Bramley, to find the perfect combination. When at last we were satisfied that the juice is just right, we bottle and pasteurise as we normally would. The result: About one thousand bottles of premium juice, made from the best 1% of the apples on our farm. At the moment it is only available direct from Exeter Imports in the United States and we hope that you will enjoy it.
