Who is paying for the new roadway?

 
90% of the cost of the new roadway will be paid for by you, the Irish taxpayer. The remainder should come from the EU. The current NRA estimate for the dual carriageway is over double that for a re-alignment and up-grading of the existing roadway to a wide two-lane roadway.
